City Express has been launching customer based promotional campaign to contribute to the society through the customers. The idea is to benefit customers in either small or big ways. There is an evidence of the bumper prize winner on how the life has been transformed to some extent (you tube video links mentioned). The experience is growing every year as the social impact due to this campaign has created so many opportunities in the local market. The customers are benefited directly through this campaign and also from the similar kind of campaigns launched by other competitors to be in same line with us in the industry. On an average 1000 customers are being benefited directly from these campaigns every year. 106 customers in 2017, 1120 customers in 2018 and 916 customers in 2019 have been benefited either in cash or kind because of these campaigns. We perhaps couldn’t aware all the customers at once but the few experienced customers would definitely share experiences within their circle i.e. indirect promotion of legal remittance.
