We are looking for an innovative new product, service or imaginative idea that substantially impacts the end-user experience either of the sender or the recipient of a remittance in any corridor in the world, compared to the existing way the end user experience functions. The usability of the new product, service or idea is critical.

Note: In this category our judging panel can select winners based on individual characteristics of special entries.
